About Us – GameHub JC
Welcome to GameHub JC, Jersey City’s newest destination for gamers! GameHub JC was inspired by a passion for gaming and a problem that needed solving. When College Football 25 was finally released on PS5 after a decade-long hiatus, it marked a triumphant return for EA Sports’ beloved series. Like many fans, we’d eagerly awaited the revival of this classic franchise, made possible by the introduction of NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) compensation in college sports. However, the game’s release only on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles posed a challenge—why invest in a console solely for one game?
We searched for gaming lounges in Downtown Jersey City where we could play College Football 25 and other new releases. Yet, the closest options were far away, with no guarantees of game availability. Seeing this gap in Jersey City’s gaming scene, we set out to create our own solution—GameHub JC.
Our Vision
GameHub JC is more than just a place to play video games; it’s a community hub where gamers can gather, connect, and enjoy all the latest console and PC games in a social atmosphere. With our physical lounge set to open in January 2025, we’re building a space that will cater to all types of gamers—from casual players to die-hard enthusiasts.
As a 24/7 lounge, GameHub JC will offer around-the-clock access to the latest games, high-quality consoles, and a welcoming, comfortable environment where everyone can immerse themselves in the gaming experience. We’re excited to launch with a monthly subscription model, allowing members to play as much as they want while enjoying the camaraderie of a vibrant gaming community.

We’re kicking things off early with our first gaming tournament on November 21st! This event will introduce GameHub JC to Jersey City and begin growing the local gaming community. Our tournaments will be a great way to bring gamers together, and they’ll offer a sneak peek at what’s to come once our lounge opens.
